[ST] brake cleaning

Grrr.

winter.. salt..

Before Monday all seemed Ok.
Monday, The brakes of the Sprint trended to lock. Sometimes they trended to lock the wheel. Sometimes, braking was nearly impossible... I had unfortunately experienced that monday, following a car.. 
Happily at very low speed, but stopped by the car itself. Some plastics are good for trash :(

Back in my garage, I've tried to move callipers in and out several times. Things are better now but far from perfect.

I think I need to take apart callipers to clean them deeply. 

Any advice on joint mount/umount ? Procedure to check ? Cleaning products ?
