[ST] Lets Talk Dirty

What goo do you use to clean:

- - gunk off the black engine cases

- - blue/brown crap on the exhaust headers

- - degrease the oily bits

- - polish the paint

- - whatever else

My baby will need a full cleaning after this weekend, not to mention the accumulated crud in hard to reach places. Just looking for recommendations on stuff that works and is probably available in a regular auto parts store (Advance Auto, Pep Boys, etc).
