[ST] Givi Panier Mounting kit from thunderbike

Has anyone had any experience with the panier mounting kit for a givi wing
rack that is made by
thunderbike.(http://www.thunderbike.co.nz/sales/giviPannier/rsstgivikit.htm)
It costs approx $330AU and i'm not sure if this is worth it for 6 relatively
easy to make (so it seems) bits of metal.
