Subject: [ST] new lister with license in jeopardy

Hello all.

I have been "lurking" in the shadows for many weeks, reading all of the
informative posts, before I decided to take the plunge with an '03 ST
(green).

WHAT A RIDE!!! My first question for the group is: How do you keep your
license while riding such a fast bike? After 20+ years of riding cruisers,
I look down to see myself cruising at 90+ mph without meaning to.

I'm considering changing my front sproket for one with one less tooth. Has
anyone done this, and will it help me to keep it closer to the speed limit?
Right now, it feels like the "sweet spot" is 90 - 95 mph for extended
cruising.

Thanks for your response(s).
