Dunlop rules the track ... in the US.  They are a laughingstock in
MotoGP.  :b

And yes, the Pilot Roads are backordered through all major distributors
for at least a couple weeks, so unless you can find someone with them
onhand, you'll have to wait a while.  

Which reminds me, did anyone read the article about the new tire
manufacturing process being used by Metzeler/Pirelli in a recent Cycle
World (the one with the K1200S on the cover)?  They have a new robotic
process that allows them to create tires quickly and in smaller batches
and they can change easily from one tire to another.  Hopefully this
"just in time" technology will eliminate the need for distributors to
stockpile large #s of tires and then wait long amounts of time when they
are out.  

The article said this could be the biggest development in moto tires
since the switch from bias to radial.
