Changing one tooth ~5% is not worth the bother.  Go down 2 in the front 
or up 4 in the back.  +4 in the back should work if you don't have a 
hugger.  18/45 is the most popular combo (stock is 19/43) and that is 
almost the same as 17/43. 

Use a Triumph front sprocket to get the rubber sound damper. 

Have you looked at Avon AV45/46s?
