[ST] A more nimble Sprint?

I'd like to experiment with making my RS a bit more nimble. I've read that
people loosen up the triple trees and drop the front a bit (so the fork tops
extend above the triple clamps). For those of you that have tried this, how
much would you suggest? I'm guessing a little change goes a long way. 5mm?
10mm? More?
