[ST] body panels touch-ups
Hello Joel & all:
You're going to find that new body panels are quite
expensive. New main fairing panel costs about $420 and
the upper cockpit fairing about $350. Used/salvaged
parts will cost you about half price. You can call
around the Triumph shops near you for or try bike
breakers online to see what's available. At this cost,
it would probably be worth your time and $$$ to have
the pieces wet sanded, touched up, re-cleared and
polished. If you are lucky, you won't need to have the
parts completely repainted.
Best advice I can offer is to not let anyone ride your
bike unless they are willing to take responsibility for
any damage they might cause.
Best,
