[ST] Jeff update

Steve:

Thanks for asking.  Jeff is doing SO MUCH BETTER!  He is back at work and
working full days most of the week.  He uses a cane to get around because
his knee is still not right.  He's doing physical therapy three days a week.

He's still in pain and tires easily, but we are a WORLD away from three
weeks ago!  Praise the Lord!
