I'm not Dutch, but I think it's "the captain's launch". 

It's a model name for several boats like that. They have a site: Kapiteinssloep.nl. Kapiteinssloep 7 is a 7 meter for 6 persons / 600 kg, ...

You can try to translate it with worldlingo.com. Not terrific, but it can help to understand basics.
