[ST] chain + sprockets

I am sure this has been done to death here but there is no easy way to
search the archives.

I am due for a chain/sprocket change. I am thinking about changing
gearing as I do not need the 150mph top end. The only downside to this I
have heard is that fuel mileage goes down.

What is the popular change in gearing?
Can anyone recommend a brand of chain/sprockets?

On or off list is fine.
