Have you looked into Givi?  There is a Triumph Dealer in New Zealand that
has put together a kit using Givi stuff that has all 3 bags, if you want. 
Their rack/topbox looks better than the all Givi system.  I have the
Triumph rack (at about $200) plus the Givi adapter and E460 top box on my
RS.  It looks and works great!

        Wow, that about covers the entire cost of my June trip... 
        Do ya think a black milk carton affixed to a red ST with a blue
bungee net would be a fashion faux pas?
