Rich,
       Just may be that we have a deal in the works. All I need is a
"parcel grid" kind of deal for camping equip. etc. What I am eying up is
in the 2001 Triumph accessories/clothing catalog part # A9508014. It
appears to simply replace my existing grab rail with a shelf extending
back and over the tail light. I do not yet need to mount a top box. Does
what you're selling sound like what I'm buying? The asphalt scrapes will
nicely match the ones on my belly pan   ; - )
        I assume your 2001 will fit my 1999. Or shouldn't I?
