OK, nuff said about the pro's and con's of LD riding.  Doug, I think you and 
I are really on the same page when it comes to this subject;
Ride as quickly as is prudent, pay attention, don't take unnecessary 
chances, and above all, "keep moving", don't dawdle at gas/rest stops.  You 
can make good time and not be crazy (crazy is a relative term).  <big grin>
