Nope.  It's not.  The RS's radiator is about 2/3rds big enough.  Mine 
will even burn oil if I let it run on the fan a lot.  To stop that, I 
used TuneEdit to set the fan on temp to 198F.   I like it a lot better. 

When I replace the coolant, I will change to about 70/30 water to 
glycol, put water wetter back in and maybe add some corrosion 
inhibitor.  It is rare for the temps to get below 10F here and rarer 
still to see that in my garage.  :-)  That will further enhance the heat 
transfer capability of the coolant.
