Well, one thing you could do is just keep the bike longer than your original 
plan and get a better ROI.  Seriously, with the suspension upgrade why would 
you want to get rid of it?  Mileage?  You could keep it 3 more years and not 
even be sniffing 100K.  Resale is already in the dump so keeping it longer 
will not be a additional financial hit.
