Well, I don't know if the cracking would be a freak thing.  The moku
sliders don't have any give or "breakaway" stress relief points cut in
them, like the skykings do.  In any hard impact, it seems likely they
might cause similar damage.  Then again, with an impact like that, it's
probably unlikely the bike is going to survive anyway.
