RE: [ST] Difference between 2001 & 2002 Sprint RS Tanks? (Bagste r Tank Protector Fitment)



It may be the airbox - again, I don't specifically recall why the
difference.  In response to Steve, the fuel tank was changed from 5.6
gallons to 5.1 in 2002

You may be correct Matt, I also thought it was due to
an airbox size increase.  But I was just looking for reassurance on the top
of the Tank, to make sure it wasn't changed, so I think I'm ok.
