	As a matter of Digest etiquette and as a courtesy to others on this
Digest, will you please configure your e-mail software to SEND MESSAGES IN
PLAIN TEXT.
	This is clearly requested in the ST/RS FAQ page and seems to have
been forgotten and/or fallen out of use.
	While I'm moaning, would you please pay attention when you cut and
paste from the Digest and then re-post in another e-mail. Many times the
thread of replies with huge quotes just wastes space and bandwidth.
