Not too far from normal; maybe a touch on the early side, but it sounds 
like you're doing a lot of sport riding, so that would easily account 
for any discrepancy.

I think my local dealer, who I like a lot, charges about an hour's 
worth of labor per wheel to remove/dismount/mount/balance/install.  
Labor rates up here are $75/hr IIRC.

I used my dealer for tire changes once, then decided it'd be wiser to 
invest in some Pit Bull stands so that I could remove my wheels myself 
and take them to Road Rider (my local motorcycle parts store).  Road 
Rider has a great selection of rubber at prices close to mail order, 
and they only charge $15 wheel when you bring 'em in off the bike.
