Nate,
I think we think the same.

In my case, on the ST I added Gen-Mars because I though I would need them,
but after a while I took them off. I also have an RS but don't have a lot
of miles on it yet (I hope that will change this afternoon). So far I don't
feel much of a difference ergonomically but have the left over Gen-Mars
which should do the trick.

Good point, but in my opinion, neither the RS or ST are the rolling
Barcaloungers like Gold Wings are, but they AIN'T R1's or GSX'ers either.
If you give them a chance, AND you really want something that will get you
through some back road twisties, you start to assume the riding position
that RS's or ST's have.

Where is this glut at??? It is not around here.
As for the price, 04 RS - $7225 out the door and dealer cost on center stand
and hugger. Dealer still has two 04's, black and blue plus an ST in green.

Nice bike, DEFINITELY over rated. WILL NOT keep up with my ST when pushing
things, and my last name isn't Rossi.
