RE: [ST] I smell Gas

The torque setting for the flange bolts is 5nm.  I wouldn't use a torque
wrench as it could be pretty inaccurate at this low torque setting. 
Essentially, this is just past snug.  Try to get them as even as possible
and use a crossing pattern when tightening.  If you tighten them too far
and strip one out, you may be looking for a new gas tank.  As far as the
gasket, as long as it wasn't torn, stretched, or creased, it should be good
for reuse.
