Garry, looks like you've already gotten a lot of good feedback. Back when
I did mine I too went with the OEM front sprocket and the SunTour I think
it was steel rear. For chaing I went from the Regina to the DID 530-ZVM
and it's required only a couple of adjustments in the almost 20k I've got
on it...
I sprung for 2 of the RJ (I think it is) links in case I messed one up,
and the DID tool. The DID tool made staking a piece of cake, perfect the
first time for this rank amatuer.
Removing the old chain, I used a Dremel with a little cut off disc to
remove the head of a pin, then used my old Motion Pro tool to push the pin
out. Used same method to shorten the 110 or 120 link chain (however it
came) to the needed 108 links.
One tip, when mounting the rear sprocket make sure it looks centered!
