[ST] List Etiquette Reminder

Hi All,

This is a friendly reminder to all to delete all nonessential text from 
your posts (responses) to the list.  Those of you on "direct delivery" 
don't necessarily notice that at trail of posts and responses on these 
e-mails, but those of us who read the digest version are painfully aware 
of this and it has gotten worse lately. . . .  Please be considerate. . 
. . .
