Too bad its on a stand! Matt Knowles and I were at the San Mateo show,
and Matt commented that that's the one bike in Triumph's entire lineup
that a prospective purchaser *must* sit on. I agree.
Oh, and little birds told me that we couldn't sit on the ST (nor the
new Speed Triple) because portions were wood a paper maché! There are
two of these mockups for each model (ST and S3); one doing the European
shows, the other doing the North American shows. Dealer delivery is
still expected to be in February here in the USA.
The biggest disappointment to me was that they didn't show the bags.
I'm really curious as to how the bags mount, and whether or not there
are hidden brackets for them (like on the Futura). Also, I was
wondering if they are as large looking in real life as they were in the
photos I've seen.
