I picked mine up at the local Sears Hardware. No call, just walked in 
and they had the 1-13/16" in stock (not the metric one though).

As for McMaster-Carr, they are one of my main suppliers. If they have it 
in stock they will ship the same day. If you're close enough to their 
warehouse (they have several) you will have it the next day. I usually 
get things in 1 day. Also, you are better off calling them. The 
warehouse closest to you should be listed on the web site.

Harbor Freight? Cheap Taiwanese crap.

Also, if you don't have a 3/4" drive ratchet or breaker, you will need 
an adapter. I got mine the same day at Sears Hardware
