[ST] Rear brake light replacements

Has anyone tried these for the rear brake lights?

If so:

  - Are they as bright as our standard lights?  I would hope that they are
brighter...
  - Any issues with longevity?
  - Any issues with power consumption or heat?
  - Any issues with the logic element crapping out?
  - Do they work as advertised?
  - Are they worth the price?
