RE: [ST] Motolights, and Tricktape order

I have had the Motolights for two or three years now - they are
AWESOME!!  I got the 50w (heck I wanted more light, and cost to go to
the 50w is rather nominal).  I think they are well worth the money.
Also, for that money you get great peace of mind.  Bulb go out?  Call
them and they send you two more.  Switch go bad?  They'll send you a new
one?  I had developed a leak in one of my lights (water got in) - they
shipped me a whole new light and just asked that I send the leaking
light back so that their engineers could look at it.  

The lights are phenomenal, and their service is great.  I highly
recommend.  As an additional plus, they look great on the bike.  They
match and don't stick out (with the caliper bolt mount - forget the fork
tube/strap mount thing).

I liked them so much, they're on my Speedmaster now too!

So I called.  Got a hold of Shawn, cool dude.  He took my order over the
phone in between a bunch of joking and laughing.  Seems he found my
email 
address quite humorous  :))   We have some things in common.  Anyway the

bulbs are shipping today.  Seems to be a good company to deal with.  I
like that.

He also suggested I start by going to www.tricktape.com first then to
the bulbs.  I tried that, and it worked perfectly.  I guess the link I
used off one of the posts just didn't work right for me.

No harm, on foul.  Next week I will be back to having two headlights
again.  
OR more, I'm checking the bank account to see if I have enough to order
those motolights as well.  345 bucks is a lot of dough, though.

You guys that have the Motolights, are they really worth the bucks???
And did you go with the standard 35W bulbs, or upgrade to the 50W?
