RE: [ST] track day report --



As for the leathers, I've had my eye on a couple different ones, but
right now I'm saving for a Sprint!  My JR nylon stuff will have to do
until the new bike shows up...

I really don't think its all bike !)  What I was talking about was the
rider's position on the bike.  You guys both had your bikes leaned way
over, but you were still fairly straight on the bike, whereas Rossi (and
all the others) were way off the bikes, nearly dragging their whole
lower leg.

My disclaimer is this:  I've never been on the track, and so I have no
right to say anything about how people ride...

That's just the difference in bikes :)

My leathers were $300 off ebay. Track day was $200 and I spent $40 odd
sharing a hotel room so I could arrive fresh. This year I did my first
track day, actually two of them, and everybody should do one.
