A bit more has been found out about that video as I was smart enough to run it
by a friend at American Honda who has friends in Japan that identified it as
motorcycle "gymkahna".  It is indeed a timed skills and agility competiion,
spunoff from similar competion in the horsy sect I think.

I haven't found a lot of good info Googling yet, but did find that back in '97
Buell tried to get something called BattleTrax that was something like this
going.

There it is, get after it!
