I have a 2000 Sprint RS. I've installed an 18 tooth countershaft sprocket
(stock on mine was a 19), and run the Triumph Race can with some unknown (to
me) version of the race tune.

I routinely get 48-52 (US) mpg in a combination of average street riding
with a little bit of hard sportriding mixed in.
