I'm with you. I watched it several times, the last time pausing all along the way. Just as he gets even with the camera, you can she that she's off balance. Her thigh is hanging on the seat. I'm guessing the foot off camera lost the peg, and it all went downhill from there. 

Plus, she's in a tank top. I highly doubt she'd pull a dive without better protection. But who knows...some people are just dumb enough.
