Cupping, keep close watch on tire pressure.  It is probably low.  Check
pressure when tire is cold, ride it, when tires are hot recheck, adjust cold
pressure to the psi you want when tires are hot.  this will take a couple
rides to get where you want, but is worth the trouble and will save tires.
