It doesn't. Take the wheel off yourself and you should be able to find a
bike shop (any shop) that will mount and balance for $25. I guess I'm lucky,
the YahaZuki dealer five minutes from my house charges $25/wheel, as does
the Triumph dealer a half hour away. The best deal (for me) is the
non-dealer, accessories only guy that's 40 minutes away that does it for TEN
BUCKS A WHEEL, if you buy the tires from him (at mail order prices).
