I can feel your pain, I am a FOH man and and LD for a living. Gotta love those priceless moments of chaos provided by ClearComm and their clever idea that you could comunicate through a phone handset in the middle of 125db of rock show. Thank god for IEM's It is amazing what even a mediocre set can do even with high levels of stage noise. My crappy set of Shure's cheapest model are still the best thing I have used on a motorcycle.
