Sounds about right while moving but you'll notice a little more in
traffic/standing still.

Yes.  Make sure to only top it off with a silicate-free coolant such as
Honda's pre-mix.  Some coolants that contain silicates can ruin your water
pump.

Normal for the fan to run after parking if it's warm enough to be needed,
it'll shut itself off.
