[ST] Fairing panels

Joel:
	All fairing panels are interchangeable on the ST. The minor exception is that 
the '03> left belly pan and fairing panels have been modified to make room for 
the re-located alternator. All holes for mounting hardware and brackets are 
exactly in the same place, and if the left belly pan/fairing panel from earlier 
years are cut/modified, they will fit on later models ('03>) with no problem. I 
did this with '00 parts transferred to an '03 ST.
