RE: [ST] new Daytona



Well, I didn't look at every model.  I just looked at the Kawasaki ZX-6R which shows a published dry weight of 362 lbs.

Take 420 and subtract 362 and you get 58lbs.  That's pretty damn close to 60lbs heavier.

So if the HP is around 110 for the ZX-6R then the extra 10 HP of the Daytona will make up for the added weight (maybe?)

A 360lb 600cc supersport bike? Which ones?
Most of the 600cc's are just under 400lb using "Japanese" dry weights.
But I agree that lighter would be better.
