[ST] Shocks and RaceTech

I've been toying with the idea of upgrading my suspension.  I see that  Matt 
bought a second hand sprint with the racetech upgrade.  Has anyone on  the 
list did this work themselves?  And if so, any special  tools?   I bought my 2001 
Sprint ST NOS in 2003 I now have just short  of 32k miles on it and want a 
front that doesn't dive, but I also feel my rear  shock is starting to go.  I 
was thinking of putting a hyperpro on the back  and then racetech'ing the front. 
 Any other idea's? 
 
Also, I remember someone did a nice job comparing the shocks, can someone  
point me to where that research is?
