I put the Triumph top box on about two years ago and found it to be a great
asset, being able to lock my helmet and jacket away without having to carry
them around. It also holds a full carton of beer perfectly.

Only on really windy days do I notice thats its there. On big trips with all
three boxes and a bag on the pillion seat it really doesnt seems to bother the
ST. I have had a ball on the twisty mountain roads around Murwullimbah NSW
and further north towards Queesland at around 160kph with no affects from the
wind, despite the manual saying to keep it to 80kph to avoid "stability
problems and possible loss of control" I guess they have to cover their legal asses.

The bike has protested a few times under hard acceleration when apexing and
exiting corners and roundabouts, due to the added weight. It wallows a bit and
the belly pan has touched a few times but the ST is quite forgiving in these
circumstamces.

Maybe a suspension uprade would help..?

Stay upright,
Brett
