The State (by that I mean any government) has NO RIGHT to tell you to
take care of yourself.
Does that mean you should ride without a helmet? No. But keep the
damned do-gooders and know-betters out of our lives. I'm an MSF
instructor and always wear a helmet and try to convince others to do the
same. But no laws, Big Brother can mind his/her own damn business.
I get really upset by this s**t. Anyone who wants to drain the shallow
end of the gene pool by not wearing a helmet has the right to do so.

I hope that's the minority. IMO, anyone with have a brain should know
better.
