Re: [ST] Anyone in New England?



I say don't legislate a helmet law at all (even though I advocate helmet
use).

As long as insurance coverage is mandatory, let the insurance companies
set the rates accordingly (as per the statistical risks associated with
helmet use or not), and then everyone can decide for themself just how
much the joy of riding a motorcycle is really worth -- might be as
simple as offering a decent discount for helmet use.

Too simplistic?  Yeah, you're probably right....
