Joel,
I think I have the same problem. It was most noticeable at the track
days I did last year. My guess is the only real option is new rotors
from Triumph. A few people that took part in my reliability survey had
problems with warped rotors.

I wonder what they cost from Triumph? I have a friend with a Ducati ST4S
that has been through several sets of front rotors and did a write up
explaining the problem. I will try and find it.
