That's exactly how I dropped my '03 Sprint ST.    I thought of myself as 
being too timid on turns, but on a cold November morning, it's not the 
time to be calibrating confidence levels.  I had a rear slide out on 
straight black pavement because I hit 3-grand in 2nd gear, mid-turn.  
Torque is torque... it doesn't have to be a ZXR to teach you respect.
