RE: [ST] Dawg Helmet

Zoltan, I had one and didn't like it. As an MSF instructor I got a
large discount on the helmet, but I found it heavy, noisy and
uncomfortable. I got rid of it and bought a new Nolan N100; a better
helmet and less money.

The pull down shade was a good idea, but other than that I don't miss
it. I have owned two AGV helmets and find they really don't fit my head
well. Next time I'm going to try.....well, I'm not sure yet. I want to
get a new full-face, non flip up before the RotLE ride from Canada to
Key West in July. I'll look around at Daytona next week and see what
available.

I liked the Patriot art work posted, but I've reached the point where I
won't buy anything I haven't worn for at least 20 minutes.

Generally, helmets are like shoes, you get what you pay for, but the
Schuberth is overpriced IMHO.

Does any of you had the chance of trying out a Schuberth S1 helmet.
