As a matter of interest, what sort of oil do you use? I'm sure that I've 
read in the gutter motorcycling press that you need to be careful, as 
"normal oil" will do more harm than good because it reacts with the outer 
sleeve material. Or is that more journalistic nonsense? A silicon(e) or 
teflon based lube (so called dry lubes) is best then?
