Re: [ST] Gearing Question



I would think a 20 or 21 would make pulling away in first pretty tough. 
I find that even with the stock 18 on my '99, the Sprint isn't exactly 
a red light bandit.

One of my constant wishes for the Sprint would be a lower first gear 
and then spread out the other gears. I never can tell the difference 
between 5th and 6th unless I try for another gear and it's not there. 
On the few time I find myself on freeways, I often find I'm in 5th, or 
even 4th.

It'll  be interesting to see what gearing the '05 has.
