The people that I previously respected have resorted to hurling insults,
name-calling, and threats against person/country.  I usually "get it" when
someone posts a sarcastic/humorous response, but after re-reading various
posts several times, I can't see that they were intended in humor, jest, or
with sarcasm.

This is not the kind of stuff that I care to be part of, and it definitely
isn't the "atmosphere, or spirit" of the group that I originally joined.

It's been fun and informative, but it isn't fun any more.
