Hello Rich;

We do have snow...but only in the ski resorts, where it belongs.....the
coldest it gets would probably be about -3 degrees C.....the very, very
occasional earthquake, which usually does not hurt anyone.

It sounds like a cold climate term to me. 
"Snow" ? If this stuff is around does it mean no motorcycle
activities??? Your proposal of marriage really doesnt sound that
appealing. 

I'm off to the beach, its only about 28C here today but the view is
still outstanding...
