I think I would be making quite the fuss over this one if they are
intentionally spraying a chemical that is potentially hazardous to the
driving/riding conditions. Maybe they are not correctly utilizing the deicer
and are just not aware of this side effect. Either way, I think I would be
bringing it to somebody's attention.
